
Booking & Appointments
A Valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. first-time guests must complete an intake form prior to service. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for checked-in.
Cancellations
• 48+hours notice: no charge
• Within 48 hours: 50% of service total
• Within 24 hours or same-day: 100% of service total
• No-show: 100% of service total; future booking may require prepayment
Fees are charged to the card on file.
Documented emergencies reviewed case by case.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest's appointment.
Refunds & Service Guarantee
All services are final and non-refundable once rendered. Results may very based in individual scalp condition, hair type, and at-home care.
If you have a specific technical concern, please notify us within 48 hours. At our discretion, we may offer a complimentary adjustment with your original specialist within 7 days. Adjustments do not cover personal preference or change of mind.
Packages: Non-refundable, transferable, valid 12 months.
Gift cards: Do not expire (CA Civil Code Section 1749.5.) Non-refundable.
