To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

We understand that delays happen. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest's appointment.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. We value our therapists' time and preparation and appreciate your understanding in honoring your commitment.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your visit. Your comfort and safety—and that of our staff and other clients—are of utmost importance.
